Good Books

I've been reading Rachel's blog at Bible Babies, and she has recommended what sounds like some really good books for Mothering Without Guilt. This made me want to run out and get at least one of them...then I thought - "Why spend the money when I can get it for free?"....then I thought, "Hey wait, do my blog-friends know how to get books for free? Why not write a blog to tell them about it!!!"

So - here's my plug for Paperbackswap, a website that allows you to order used books for free. Then when you are done, if you don't want to keep them, you can re-post them for someone else to order and when they do you get credit to order even more books. The only thing you'll pay is the cost for shipping your books. When you compare the cost to buy a new book to the cost for shipping (normally $2-3) you can save a ton of money and who can't afford to save in the current economy. I've been a member for a couple years now, and I've ordered and shipped a bunch of books. If you want to check out their website, just click on the blue paperbackswap button at the bottom of my webpage. OK, end of plug!

Happy reading!!!

Dear Shona Christine,

Neat! That is something I will just have to go and see for myself. I know my daughter would be thrilled, she loves getting books online.
