Sonya at Truth 4 the Journey is hosting Thankful Thursday. We have so much to be thankful for in this country, especially this time of year as we celebrate our independence!. Here are 5 things I'm thankful for:
1. I live in a country where I am free to worship my Lord as I see fit. I have the ability to attend any church that I choose without fear of government intervention.
2. I am married to the most wonderful man who loves me in spite of my many flaws.
3. I have the most beautiful little girl who is healthy and happy.
4. I am thankful for the time we spent with friends last weekend celebrating our country's independence.
5. I am thankful the Lord provides for our needs (and even most of our wants).

In a world where freedom is not readily available, it is nice to know we are free.
Dear Shona Christine,
It is good to be thankful.
You are right…all our need and most of our wants…we are so blessed!

Hi there! Lovely to meet you at TT.
Loved your list and we should be so thankful for what God provides and not take it for granted.

Delighted to meet you! I just found your blog via a friend. So glad that I did I too just began this blog adventure a few months ago. Yet I continue to be delighted to meet new friends. I am going to follow along with you to get to know you a bit more.
blessings from Costa Rica,
