Menu Plan Monday - First attempt




In an effort to have healthier meals with less last minute scrambling, I'm participating in Laura at I'm an Organizing Junkie's Menu Plan Monday. Here's what I'm planning for dinner this week:

Monday: Steak, fried okra, yellow squash

Tuesday: Chicken Cacciatore with whole wheat spaghetti

Wednesday: Roast with mashed potatoes, green beans

Thursday: Country Captain Chicken with rice and salad

Friday: Homemade pizza

Homemade pizza's a favorite in my house! We probably make it at least once a week, it's easy and delicious. You should check out springpad's weekly meal planner, it's a great way to organize all of your menus and recipes (like this one, yum! http://bit.ly/3D6top) and I think you'd really like it.
